INTITIAL PROGRAMME AND INDUCTION
Here at the Universal Fitness Centre, we have always believed that people deserve to know how to train. We have never been the sort of gym to just let people aimlessly wonder from exercise to exercise, not know what or indeed why they're doing it. This is why, with EVERY new monthly or annual member, we offer a FREE programme to get you closer towards your goals.
Initial Consultation with one of our Trainers
An exercise programme designed to fit your needs, with a trainer to take your the program and then delivered through our very own app. With exact details on sets, reps, weights and videos to help grasp form.
We understand that training can get both boring and repetitive, not to mention, results can start to plateau. It is recommended that every 8-12 weeks you should take a week off to recover/reset and start again. It is wise to use this time to start a fresh training plan to keep seeing consistent results and your motivation high!
Let us take care of that for you.
This is aimed at people who have a good grasp of training and are capable of doing new exercises that might be given to them. Obviously, Gym staff are always here to help!

1 OFF PT SESSION
If you're struggling with motivation in the gym and feel like you require an extra push. Or maybe you fancy learning something new! Whatever your reasoning, PT sessions are a great way to get yourself either back on track or re-motivated.
Personal Training sessions are exactly what they say on the tin, they're personal! This means that they are exactly what you want them to be. Be that a simple beasting, or something else. We can cater for all and will help you every step of the way.

BLOCK OF 5 PT SESSIONS
Buying a block of sessions not only makes the price per session cheaper, it also gives you more time to be able to work towards your goals.
The sessions are your to do with as you so please. Use all 5 in one week, use one a week for 5 weeks. Whatever the case may be, we are there to help.
With any block of PT sessions bought you will also get access to our Universal Fitness Centre Training app to help you track your workouts and monitor your progress, as well as share the data with your trainer to keep them up to date with your progress.
